The non-jejuni/coli schemes hosted in this database have been developed by Bill Miller and are described in Miller et al. 2005 J Clin Microbiol 43:2315-29 and Miller et al. 2012 Front Cell Infect Microbiol Apr 2;2:45.

Typing

The typing database contains nomenclature - allele definitions that provide an identifier for every unique allele sequence, and MLST profiles that index each unique combination of alleles with a sequence type (ST).
